The app powered by Meter Feeder will provide you with a safe and secure touchless parking experience. It is the easiest and quickest way to download, register and pay for daily or monthly parking at the Clover Downtown Lot.

Payment must be made as soon as you park—not when you return.

MONTHLY PARKING
- Select "Parking Application" from the Clover menu on this page or click here. You will be redirected to the permit page on the Meter Feeder website.
- Sign up for a Meter Feeder account. (If you already have one, just sign in.)
- Select the permit and fill in your information.
You will receive an email letting you know if you are approved with instructions on how to park your vehicle.
